Atty. Pilapil graduated with second honors from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law on a partial scholarship. Atty. Pilapil is an author for the Ateneo Law Journal, and served as the President of the Ateneo Center for International Economic Law. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Management with a minor in International Business degree from the same university. He is also a lawbook author.

Atty. Pilapil interned for several of the top law firms in Makati and for the Office of the Solicitor General.

He has international managerial training through his scholarship in Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Audencia Nantes, France. He became a member of the France Alumni Philippines Association thereafter.

Atty. Pilapil is part of the Firm’s litigation (criminal, civil, labor, administrative), corporate, and special projects departments.
