A member of the Philippine Bar, Atty. Dy graduated with Second Honors from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He likewise holds a Bachelor of Science – Legal Management minor in Marketing from the same university.

Atty. Dy previously worked for one of the top law firms in the country for Three (3) years where he has amassed significant experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation, and Labor and Employment Law, as well as experience in various matters concerning Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
