A member of the Philippine Bar, Atty. Bañez graduated from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. He likewise holds an AB Management Economics degree from the same university, and a BS Real Estate Management degree from Trinity University of Asia.

Atty. Bañez previously served as a Political Officer in the House of Representatives. While serving as a Political Officer, Atty. Bañez was duly authorized to practice law and amassed experience in civil, criminal, and labor law in his collaborations with full-time law practitioners.

Atty. Bañez is part of the Litigation, Corporate, and Real Estate law departments of the Firm.
