Graduating with honors, cum laude, Atty. Rafael Dela Torre earned his Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

He commenced his legal studies in 2021 then attended the Arellano University School of Law, for the completion of his Juris Doctor degree in 2025. In the same year, he took and successfully passed the Bar Examinations.

Throughout law school, he demonstrated a strong commitment to legal advocacy and scholarship, and participated in various moot court competitions under his academic organization. He further gained valuable experience in public service through his internship with the Office of the President, particularly under the Presidential Task Force on Media Security, where he was exposed to matters involving constitutional rights and media protection.

Atty. Dela Torre’s practice currently handles corporate, labor, and criminal law cases. He represents clients in litigation and advisory matters and contributes to the Firm’s general legal services.
