Atty. Ponce earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Santo Tomas. His career commenced by working at a social development organization, after which he transitioned to a government agency where he gained valuable experience in public service.

Atty. Ponce later joined the firm as a paralegal, contributing his skills and expertise while earning his Juris Doctor degree from Arellano University School of Law.

Currently, Atty. Ponce handles a diverse range of cases in the firm, involving cases in Labor, Civil, and Criminal law.
