Atty. Reyes earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree from De Lasalle University-Manila. He then obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, graduating under the Intellectual Property Law Stream.

In law school, Atty. Reyes served as the President of the Joaquin Bernas Center Student Corps, Vice President of the Ateneo Center for International Economic Law, and Vice President of the Teehankee Center for the Rule of Law.

Atty. Reyes currently handles criminal, civil, and labor cases.
